Ingredients:

Pizza:

  • 200 g Dough ball
  • 5 g Semi sun dried tomatoes
  • 150 g Whole egg Fettuccine
  • 30 g Roasted chicken slices
  • 10 g Fresh Cream
  • 10 g Sour Cream
  • 30 g Pancetta
  • 10 g Roasted pine nuts
  • 50 g Caboolture Mozzarella
  • 20 g Mil Lel Parmesan Chee3se
  • 5 g Italian parsley
Cream Sauce:

  • 250 ml Fresh Cream
  • 250 ml Sour Cream
  • 50 g Butter
  • 1 Small onion
  • 10 g Salt
  • 5 g Pepper

Directions:
Pizza:
Place sundried tomatoes on a pizza base, then add half cooked fettuccine, cheese, bacon, chicken, cream sauce, mozzarella and parmesan. Cook at 475 F for 7-10 minutes. Garnish with parsley.

Cream Sauce:
Saute onions in the butter on a saucepan over a low heat. Add the fresh and sour creams, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Remove from the heat to sit for a while and then drizzle over the pizza.
