Caribe Pork Chops and Grilled Pineapple



  • 4 c. Orange juice
  • 1/2 c. Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 c. Fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
  • 1 T. Fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 T. Ground Black pepper
  • 1 T. Garlic salt
  • Pork rib chops, 3/4 inch thick
  • Dole Pineapple slices, drained


1. COMBINE orange juice, oil, cilantro, ginger, peeper and garlic salt in two hotel pans. Add pork chops turning to coat. Cover; refrigerate, marinating 1 hour.
2. REMOVE from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill pork chops until cooked and no longer pink in center.
3. ADD pineapple slices to grill, cook until golden brown.
4. TOP each pork chop with grilled pineapple slice.
