1. COMBINE orange juice, oil, cilantro,ginger, peeper and garlic salt in twohotel pans. Add pork chops turning tocoat. Cover; refrigerate, marinating 1hour.
2. REMOVE from marinade, discardingmarinade. Grill pork chops untilcooked and no longer pink in center.
3. ADD pineapple slices to grill, cookuntil golden brown.
4. TOP each pork chop with grilledpineapple slice.
