1. COMBINE orange juice, oil, cilantro, ginger, peeper and garlic salt in two hotel pans. Add pork chops turning to coat. Cover; refrigerate, marinating 1 hour.
2. REMOVE from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill pork chops until cooked and no longer pink in center.
3. ADD pineapple slices to grill, cook until golden brown.
4. TOP each pork chop with grilled pineapple slice.
