Calypso Pizza



  • 1 – 12" parbaked Pizza Crust
  • As needed – Calypso Pizza Marinade
  • As needed – cornmeal
  • 3 oz. Pizza Sauce
  • 1-1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
  • 8 slices chicken fajita strips
  • 12 pieces pineapple chunks in juice, drained
  • 2 onion, chopped
  • 2 T. green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 T. bacon, cooked, crumbled

Servings: 3 Pizzas

5 T. McCormick Caribbean Jerk Seasoning
1 c. McCormick Roasted Garlic Flavored Oil.

Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl; mix thoroughly.
Yield: 16 tablespoons

Place pizza crust on a pizza pan. Brush bottom of the crust liberally with Calypso Pizza Marinade. Sprinkle with some cornmeal, turn over, and spread pizza sauce evenly on top. Spread mozzarella cheese evenly on top of sauce.

Arrange chicken in a circular arrangement on top of cheese. Visualize one slice of chicken per one slice serving of pizza. Place pineapples, onions, peppers, and bacon evenly on top. Drizzle top of pizza with more marinade for an extra burst of flavor.

Place pizza in a convection oven preheated to 375F. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and beginning to turn golden brown. Remove pizza from oven and cool slightly.

Cut each pizza into 8 slices for serving.
