Ingredients:

  • 1 – 12″ parbaked pizza crust as needed
  • McCormick Cajun Pizza Marinade as needed
  •  cornmeal as needed
  • 1-1/2 oz. Bleu Cheese salad dressing
  • 1-1/2 oz.Buffalo wing sauce, prepared
  • 1-1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
  • 8 chicken Fajita strips, cooked
  • 2 T. Bleu cheese, crumbled
  • 2 T. celery, chopped

Directions:

CAJUN PIZZA MARINADE
Servings: 3 Pizzas
Combine 1/4 c. McCormick Cajun Seasoning, 1 c. McCormick Roasted Garlic Flavored Oil in mixing bowl, mix thoroughly
Yield: 16 T.

Place pizza crust on a pizza pan. Brush bottom of the crust liberally with Cajun Pizza Marinade. Sprinkle with some cornmeal, turn over, and spread buffalo wing sauce and bleu cheese salad dressing evenly on top.

Spread mozzarella cheese evenly on top of sauce and dressing. Place chicken, bleu cheese, and celery evenly on top of cheese. Drizzle top with extra pizza marinade for an extra burst of flavor. Place pizza in a convection oven preheated to 375F.

Bake for 7 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and beginning to turn golden brown. Remove pizza from oven and cool slightly. Cut each pizza into 8 slices for serving.
