Black Bean Avocado Pizza (Southwestern Bestern)


13 oz. dough ball
3.5 oz. green chile sauce
8.5oz. mexican cheese
3 oz. diced tomatoes
3 oz. diced white onions
3 oz. Black Beans
3oz. corn seasoned in a little cumin
1 oz. minced garlic
4 oz. diced avocados
lime juice 
Slap out the dough to a 14" pie, add the green Chile sauce to the base as a sauce. Add just a little cheese to the base, then add the tomatoes, onions, black beans and corn. Add a little cheese between each of those ingredients to hold it all together. Then top with the rest of the cheese and sprinkle the minced garlic on top. 
Cook at 450-475 for about 7-10 minutes, remove, then add the diced avocados, lime juice and salt on top. You can prep the avocados in lime juice and salt as one step if you prefer. You can optionally drizzle with a little more green Chile sauce to taste.
