Avocado, Asiago and Prosciutto Pizza

Serves 6

Ingredients:

1 10-oz. thin or whole-wheat pizza crust, or seasoned flatbread

1.5 to 2 oz. prosciutto, thinly sliced

3 oz. Asiago cheese, crumbled

2 T. fresh basil or Italian parsley, chopped

2 Chilean Hassavocados

Red pepper flakes

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425F. Place pizza crust on baking sheet. Arrange prosciutto slices evenly over crust. Sprinkle with Asiagoand basil. Bake until lightly browned, about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, rinse avocados. Cut in half, spoon out put and remove peel. Cut into slices and arrange over top of pizza. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
