Ingredients:

  • 3 T. hoisin sauce
  • 3 T. SupHerb Farms Ginger Pure
  • 1/4 c. SupHerb Farms Water Chestnuts, sliced
  • 1/4 c. SupHerb Farms Green Onions, 1/4 cut
  • 2 T. SupHerb Farms Serrano Chiles, 1/8 cut
  • 2 T. SupHerb Farms Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 c. SupHerb Farms Roasted Red Bell Pepper, strips
  • 1/4 c. SupHerb Farms Shiitake Mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 T. SupHerb Farms Cilantro, large
  • 1 grilled chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 c. mozzarella cheese
  • 1 par baked 12-inch pizza crust

Directions:

In a mixing bowl, combine hoisin sauce and ginger pure and mix well. Spread on pizza crust and cover with 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese. Place remaining ingredients on the pizza and top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.

Bake in a preheated oven at 350 for 25 minutes or until cheese is melted.
