- 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp. Garlic, chopped
- 6 T. Parsley, chopped
- 2 T. Basil, chopped
- 1 qt. Canned crushed tomatoes
- 20 Kalamata olives, pitted, chopped
- fresh basil leaves
- 2 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Black pepper
- Pinch Cayenne pepper
Saute garlic in olive oil.
Add tomatoes and bring to a boil.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 2 more minutes, stirring well.
Serve over Cheese Grand-E-Oli and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
