Ingredients:
 

 

  • 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp. Garlic, chopped 
  • 6 T. Parsley, chopped 
  • 2 T. Basil, chopped
 

  • 1 qt. Canned crushed tomatoes 
  • 20 Kalamata olives, pitted, chopped
  • fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Black pepper
  • Pinch Cayenne pepper

Directions:
Saute garlic in olive oil. 

Add tomatoes and bring to a boil. 

Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 2  more minutes, stirring well. 

Serve over Cheese Grand-E-Oli and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
