Once a year in the French film city of Cannes, the Cannes Corporate Media & TV Awards premieres the best corporate films, online media, and TV documentaries in the world. A few days ago, the Rational corporate film "4 Chefs – 4 Journeys" was amongst them. The cooking appliance manufacturer published the video clip to introduce its SelfCookingCenter® 5 Senses in May.
The film shows chefs who travel around the world for Rational in order to research the cooking habits of people from various countries. "The story is taken from real life," says Fredrik Rasmusson, Corporate Chef North America at Rational and states: "We are in our customers' kitchens every day because we want to understand how chefs cook and how we can best support them in doing that."
According to the manufacturer, that was the only way to develop a cooking appliance that combines the diversity of international cuisine in a single product. "With the video, we wanted to show how intensively we work on our customers' needs and how much know-how, but also passion and dedication go into the creation of our products," adds Rasmusson.
The film experts themselves found this to be a successful concept: the jury awarded the five-and-a-half minute video clip with the "Silver Dolphin" in the "Marketing" category. Watch the film at http://www.rational-online.com/en_usa/events/videos/rational_videos.html.
