The Fiesta Crunch Pizza is made with a sharp cheddar cheese sauce and a sprinkle of southwestern spices. It’s topped with Rascal House’s signature 100% provolone cheese, pure beef taco meat, diced tomatoes, red onions and sliced black olives. After baking, they drizzle it with a creamy, cool crema sauce and a sprinkle of Frito corn chips.

“The Fiesta Crunch Pizza is crunchy and creamy with out-of-this-world flavor,” said Niko Frangos, president of Rascal House. “It has a unique mix of flavors and textures that we know pizza and taco fans alike will love, and it’s all put together on our signature fresh handmade dough. ”

Founded in 1980 by Mike and Fouly Frangos, Rascal House focuses on pizza but also serves burgers, sandwiches, fries, wings and milkshakes for delivery, carryout and in-restaurant dining. The company’s growth projections call for 20 units open or under development by 2023. Rascal House is targeting Columbus, Cincinnati, Toledo, Pittsburgh, Detroit and Indianapolis for franchise expansion.
