Rapid Fired Pizza, a fast-casual franchise with 28 locations, said its Southwest Chicken Bacon Ranch specialty pie is returning to the menu this month due to popular demand.

The pizza boasts fajita-style chicken, bacon, red peppers, green onions, mozzarella and ranch. It will be offered from April 20 through July 1.

“You asked, we listened,” Rapid Fired Pizza CEO Mike Kern said. “That’s why we brought back the beloved Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza, but with a twist. We’ve added some zing to our homemade ranch sauce, making the perfect balance of zest and spice, all combined with beautiful, fresh produce.”

Founded in 2015, Rapid Fired Pizza is known for combining traditional pizza making with modern oven technology that fires up a pie in three minutes. The chain also offers two keto-friendly, low-carb “No-Doh” crust options: one made with Parmesan cheese and another with spinach.
