Rapid Fired Pizza, with 27 locations around the country, aims to put an end to the stalemate between potential customers who can’t agree on whether to order pizza or a burger.
The chain’s new Deluxe Double Cheeseburger should keep both factions happy, the company said in a press release.
The limited-time specialty pie features ground beef and shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese. It became available on June 1 and will be offered through June 30. Loyalty members and customers who order using the mobile app can purchase the pizza for the special price of $5.
“The Deluxe Double Cheeseburger Pizza is the perfect example of the Rapid Fired mission: innovate new pizza builds by combining customers’ favorite foods with Rapid Fire’s culinary creativity in delicious pizza-making,” said Mike Kern, Rapid Fired Pizza’s CEO, in a press release. “It’s a win-win formula with unending possibilities.”
The first Rapid Fired Pizza opened in Dayton, Ohio, in 2015. The company now has stores in California, Texas, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, South Carolina and West Virginia.
