Prince St. Pizza is expanding its bar pie program at Bar Next Door in West Hollywood, introducing three thin, crispy tavern-style pizzas named for infamous mobsters tied to American nightlife lore.

The new nightly menu, which debuted June 4, marks the first daily food offering for Bar Next Door, a vintage-inspired cocktail lounge located on the Sunset Strip. The bar previously offered the Prince St. Pizza pies only on Sundays, but strong customer response prompted the partners to make them available throughout the week.

The trio of bar pies includes:

• Mickey Cohen—sunset sauce, mozzarella, dry oregano and pecorino ($20)
• Al Capone—Fra diavolo sauce, fennel sausage, mozzarella, spicy giardiniera, black garlic and pecorino ($20)
• Lucky Luciano—spicy vodka sauce, mozzarella, basil and pecorino ($20)

Prince St. Pizza’s CEO, Lawrence Longo, is also co-founder of Bar Next Door.

“Nobody comes [to Bar Next Door] looking for a three-course meal,” Longo said. “They come for great drinks, good music and a night that goes a little longer than planned. These pies fit right into that experience, and after seeing how popular they were on Sundays, bringing them to the menu every night was an easy call.”

For pizza operators, the move reflects a broader opportunity around compact, high-impact food menus designed specifically for bar and nightlife settings. Rather than attempting to build out a full dinner menu, Bar Next Door is leaning into a focused pizza offering that complements its cocktail program and late-night atmosphere.

Founded in 2012 in New York City’s Nolita neighborhood, Prince St. Pizza is known for its Sicilian “SoHo” Squares and original Neapolitan-style pizzas. The brand has since expanded to California, Toronto and other markets, with 19 locations across the U.S.

Housed in Marilyn Monroe’s former talent agency office, Bar Next Door blends Old Hollywood styling with the energy of the Sunset Strip. The space features brass accents, checkered floors and leather booths, creating a setting that fits the mobster-inspired branding of the new pies.

The bar also offers Henry’s Secret Ice Cream, a weekly small-batch concept from chef Brad Ray available exclusively at Bar Next Door. Produced in limited quantities, the concept introduces a new flavor each week.
