RATIONAL’s Multibaker Accessory Makes Breakfast Easy

RATIONAL, renowned for its patented SelfCooking Center®, today announced a cure for the headaches and anxiety typically spurred by large last-minute breakfast orders: the Multibaker. A new accessory for the SelfCooking Center, the Multibaker provides a highly efficient method to prepare fried eggs and omelettes.
 
In addition to its proficiency with eggs, the Multibaker is ideal for baking mini tortes and cakes as well as tortillas. The automated SelfCooking Center can accommodate as many as 20 Multibaker trays at once. The SelfCooking Center can cook up to 120 fried eggs in five minutes using the Multibaker at full capacity, making it an indispensable accessory for hotel chefs, corporate caterers and public catering establishments.
 
The Multibaker is constructed to evenly distribute cooking heat, which ensures consistent results within each tray and from tray to tray within the SelfCooking Center. Additionally, the accessory is treated with a non-stick coating to eliminate the need for the use of cooking sprays.
