18 oz dough ball
4 oz pumpkin puree
3 oz shredded gruyere
3-4 oz diced pumpkin/granny smith apple combo
(sauteed in olive oil or butter, with a pinch
 of salt and pepper)
3 oz smoked gouda
2.5 oz bacon
sage leaves (chopped, torn or julienned
1-2 oz shredded Parmesan
2-3 oz shaved pumpkin seed gouda
salt and pepper
caramel drizzle
