According to a news report from cbs2chicago.com, “The owner of a Chicago pizzeria has been accused of hiring a street gang to set fire to a building he owned to collect on the insurance.”

“Robert Didiana owns the Bacci pizzeria chain. Cook County prosecutors say he’s charged with two counts of aggravated arson for the December 2000 fire at one of his locations at 913 S. Western Ave.,” said the story.
