According to a report from Unionleader.com in New Hampshire, “Roland White, the embattled restaurant owner who until Friday supplied pizza to Manchester public schools, was arrested at his Weare home Christmas Day after police were called about a domestic dispute.”

The article said, “Charges pending against White weren’t immediately available this morning, but Weare police said he has been placed on a 72-hour hold prior to arraignment for violation of probation.”

According to the report, “[White] will be arraigned later this week in Goffstown District Court.”

The report stated: “The co-owner with his wife, Alice, of Ma & Pa’s Kitchen on Lake Avenue, White is on probation for pleading guilty in 2003 to taking money without performing work at a construction firm he owned.”

The article said, “Mark Burkush, food service director for Manchester schools, wrote White Friday saying the city no longer would use Ma & Pa’s as a pizza supplier. Burkush cited numerous problems with the quality and delivery of pies to schools.”
