According to a news report from www.azcentral.com, “We’re starting to think Martha Stewart has a crush on chef Chris Bianco. She, too, has fallen for what might be the best pizza on earth.”
“Bianco is featured in an eight-page spread in the May issue of “Martha Stewart Living”. The story features the Phoenix chef and friends feasting on his pies on a long table outside Pizzeria Bianco. The table is laden with lambrusco, pretty plants and happy people, including Bianco’s lovely business partner, Susan Pool,” said the story. “Foodie alert: there are recipes, ten of them, plus a step-by-step guide to making Bianco’s famous pizza dough.
The recipes include pizzas that are – gasp – not on the Pizzeria Bianco menu, and won’t be, Bianco says. (We can, however, often taste his lemon and Piave cheese combination on the daily foccacia at Pane Bianco, his Phoenix sandwich shop.)”
