PizzaRev, one of the nation's leading “craft-your-own” artisanal pizza concepts, has announced three key hires as the company prepares for nationwide expansion of its exciting fast-casual brand. “We have hired three seasoned professionals with a depth of experience such that they’ll each hit the ground running in their respective roles,” said Irv Zuckerman, Co-CEO of PizzaRev.
Monica Rutkowski is a PR pro with nearly eight years of experience in securing the right kind of media coverage that drives franchise leads and store traffic. Prior to joining PizzaRev, she led a team of media relations professionals at the largest U.S. PR firm specializing in franchising, and helped the agency launch its content marketing service offerings. Monica has secured media coverage on behalf of many established and start-up companies in some of the world’s most esteemed outlets, including Wall Street Journal, Time, Forbes, Entrepreneur, Inc., and more. Monica holds of B.A. in communications from Bradley University.
Ema Ikeda was the Franchise Development Associate for Menchie’s Global Headquarters in Encino, California from August 2011 to December 2013. Prior to that, she was living in Japan for 11 years and her last job in Japan was working at Apple Headquarters in Tokyo, Japan as a Regional Assistant from 2009 – 2011.
Naz Moin’s experience in office administration and human resource management has developed her into an outstanding leadership professional as she has demonstrated herself to be a crucial contributing force to the growth, efficiency and profitability of multiple global organizations. Most recently, Ms. Moin served as the Director of Franchise Development and Logistics for Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt. Over the course of nearly four years, she pioneered operating procedures for the company headquarters, managed the outside sales team and brokered franchise agreements as the chain expanded from 20 units to over 350 locations around the world. In her current capacity as the Director of Human Resources for PizzaRev, she is excited to continue her work in franchising and contribute to the growth of the business, brand, and company culture.
