Talented chef Lee Hunzinger of Dallas' Cane Rosso and Zoli's NY Pizza Tavern recently joined PMQ test chef Brian Hernandez in the PMQ Pizza Kitchen – or, more specifically, in the green space behind our office, where we keep our wood-burning oven. In this video, Lee demonstrates his outstanding recipe for a gluten-free, wood-fired pizza Margherita made from scratch.
