The Pizza Tomorrow Summit and co-located Florida Restaurant Show will once again take over the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, November 11 through 13. It will bring together thousands of restaurant, pizzeria and hospitality professionals for three days of exhibits, education, competitions and networking.
Following a record-setting 2024 event, this year’s show is expanding to three days to accommodate even more exhibitors, demonstrations and workshops designed to inspire and empower foodservice operators.
“We are thrilled to return to Orlando with an expanded format and an even stronger lineup of activities,” said Glenn Celentano, partner & CEO at Restaurant Events LLC, owners of the shows. “Attendees can expect incredible energy on the show floor, a robust education program, and dynamic competitions that showcase the very best in culinary talent and innovation.”
Highlights of the three-day event include:
Vibrant Show Floor: More than 600 booths will feature companies showcasing the latest food, beverage, equipment, technology and services for restaurants and pizzerias. The show floor will feature Gordon Food Service, Cheney Brothers, Performance Foodservice, The Restaurant Store, Fiero Group, Galbani Cheese, Smithfield, Pizzamaster and many more. Attendees can expect tastings, product launches, live equipment demos and the return of the popular Operator’s Choice Award, where attendees vote on the best new product of the year.
The Galbani Professionale Pizza Cup: Produced by PMQ Pizza’s U.S. Pizza Team, the Galbani Cup returns with more than 50 competitors vying for $15,000 in prizes and coveted trips to Italy to compete in the World Pizza Championships. Culinary competitions, acrobatic dough tossing, fastest pie making, largest dough stretch and freestyle pizza acrobatics contests will again bring excitement to the show floor.
Dynamic Education Program: A comprehensive lineup of expert-led sessions covers topics such as restaurant marketing, AI and technology, leadership and team building, guest experience, and operational excellence. Special workshops include Restaurant Management 201 and Restaurant Management 301 Workshops, plus hands-on sessions like Food & Wine Pairings.
Culinary Innovation Theater: Live demonstrations will feature celebrity chefs, culinary educators and rising talent. Past presenters have included Guy Fieri, Tom Colicchio, Rocco DiSpirito, Nyesha Arrington, Maneet Chahuan, Christian Petroni, Thomas Keller, Jet Tila and many others.
ACF-Sanctioned Competitions: In partnership with the American Culinary Federation (ACF) Central Florida Chapter, chefs will compete in high-energy, live-action contests including the World Food Sports Competition, Mystery Basket Fruit & Vegetable Carving, and Cake Decorating.
Community Impact: Continuing the tradition of giving back, the event will raise funds for Chefs Feeding Kids and donate food to Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida, supporting children and families in need.
The Pizza Tomorrow Summit is the largest event of its kind on the East Coast, dedicated exclusively to the pizza industry and recently recognized by Tradeshow Executive Magazine as the fastest growing foodservice event in the country by blended growth (show floor, exhibitors, and attendance). The Florida Restaurant Show, sponsored by the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association, is the Southeast’s leading trade event for restaurant and hospitality professionals. Both events are produced by Restaurant Events, LLC, which also organizes the New York Restaurant Show and California Restaurant Show.
