Pizza Retailer Taking a Bite Out of Hunger with Fundraiser

According to a news report from ThePost.ca, “Local residents can help satisfy two appetites at once thanks to Domino’s Pizza. Earlier this month, the newly opened Lindsay business partnered with Kawartha Lakes Food Source to host a special fundraiser. Each time the family pizza night special was ordered, $5 was donated to the food source which supports 18 food banks and food cupboards in the City of Kawartha Lakes.”

“The fundraiser resulted in $100 being handed over to the food source and Domino’s Holly Chappel and John Kaey are hoping to raise even more when they host the event again on July 19,” said the story.
