“Pizza Ranch, an Orange City, Iowa-based chain, is expanding to the metro,” according to the Kansas City Star.

“Pizza Ranch is a buffet, to-go and delivery operation serving everything from pizza to broasted chicken.

A new freestanding location is set for 116 Stewart Court, Liberty (by Texas Roadhouse). It also has another northland site under contract and is negotiations for sites in Independence and by the Kansas Speedway in Kansas City, Kan.

It plans to open four restaurants in the next year. Other possible locations could be Lee’s Summit and Overland Park.”
