""“On the first Saturday of Bella Bacino’s pizza class last weekend, the chairs filled up fast. According to owner Linda Bacin, Bacino’s was already working on filling up next weekend’s class before the first one even got started. ‘I think we’re going to have a lot of fun today,’ Bacin said as the kids sat down to places set with a small ball of dough and a chef’s hat and apron for each participant to take home.

“The pizza-making class is part of Bella Bacino’s events in February for La Grange Restaurant Week. Each little pizza chef got to hand make their own individual pie and decorate a special chocolate chip cookie—just wait till you see the topping choices!  After the kids finished eating, they also got a lesson in some basic dining etiquette from the Etiquette School of Chicago. Kids learned proper napkin placement, eating habits and some tips to help them remember which side the salad fork goes on.”
