Many locally owned pizzerias nationwide are run as a family affair, and Bambino's in Las Vegas is no exception. When co-owner Ralph Pota and his wife, Annamarie, moved to Las Vegas, Ralph said he knew he wanted to open a pizza business, using their family recipes and top-flight ingredients. He found the Bambino’s location and went ahead with the deal.
Reviewjournal.com says Bambino's opened the first week of October. Like all good family-run eateries, this one is a cozy place with the focus on quality, not mass production. There are no fancy aprons with the logo splashed across them and no flashing signs. The specials of the day are tacked to an A-frame sign outside. Bambino's impressive popularity can be credited only to word-of-mouth advertising for its impeccable pizza, as no form of promotion has ever been used for the pizzeria.
