Pizza Maker Delivers Third Helping of Jazz

According to a news report from thestamfordtimes.com, “There are few similarities between pizza and albums: They’re both round, they’re both flat and Matt Criscuolo of Wilton enjoys making both.”

“Criscuolo, 37, who owns Wilton Pizza and Pasta, Piccolo Pizza in Ridgefield and Tootzy Pazta in Georgetown, is a jazzman who plays the alto saxophone. He recently released his third jazz album, “Melancholia.” said the story. “I’m a happy-go-lucky kind of guy, but I like something that will put me in a mood,” said Criscuolo, sitting on one side of a table at his first restaurant, Wilton Pizza and Pasta, as the lunch crowd filed in Monday.”
