A Pizza Inn location in Paducah, Kentucky has undergone a major renovation that includes a fresh, new dine-in experience, the company announced recently.
The reimage is part of Pizza Inn’s nationwide efforts to update stores and expand to new markets. Pizza Inn Paducah is one of several Pizza Inn restaurants throughout the United States that will be reimaged through 2025.
The grand opening took place on October 22, with Larry and Marcia Rust still at the restaurant’s helm. They’ve been Pizza Inn franchisees since since 1992, while the restaurant itself first opened in 1972 and has served more than three generations.
In August, Larry Rust received the Pizza Inn Legacy Award at the company’s annual convention, one of only 13 in Pizza Inn’s history to receive the honor. He started as the director of operations for Page Enterprises and earned a reputation for hard work, empowering employees, and service to the community.
The Rusts have established themselves as leaders in Paducah, Pizza Inn said in a press release. Larry and Marcia’s daughter Emily and her husband Ryan carry on the family legacy with respect to the past and excitement for the future.
To celebrate the grand reopening of the Paducah location’s dining room, Pizza Inn offered a $10 Buffet and Drink special all day long on Tuesday, October 22. Pepsi MidAmerica gave away prizes to the first 50 paying customers, with additional drawings for prizes held throughout the day
