You might say it's all the RAVE. RAVE is the new Nasdaq trading name for Pizza Inn Holdings Inc. The re-named pizza company is now called Rave Restaurant Group.
Bizjournals.com reports that Rave CEO Randy Gier, pictured at left, wanted a name that establishes the company's industry reputation and excites its customers. The CEO hopes the new name will mark Rave as a world-class food provider with rave-worthy, comeback quality food.
The name change also meant to be more inclusive of its growing fast casual chain, Pie Five Pizza Co. instead of solely honoring its Pizza Inn brand.
