“The Dallas-based pizza chain on Monday took over ownership of 46 stores in the Dayton and Cincinnati area from a single franchisee. ‘Our plan is to revitalize the stores and build new stores in underserviced areas,’ said Chris Fuller, spokesperson for Pizza Hut. Fuller said the acquisition is limited to the southwest Ohio area and isn’t part of a larger corporate acquisition plan for franchise locations.”
