Test Chef Brian Hernandez gets a chocolaty surprise in the Pizza Kitchen from our friends at Nutella.
12 oz. dough ball rolled into 1 oz. balls
3 Tbsp. of Nutella Hazelnut Spread
4 oz. of assorted fresh berries
1 oz. powdered sugar
Cut your dough ball into a criss cross pattern. You should get 12-1 oz. sections. Roll them into balls and place into a pan or on a screen.
Cook at 525 for 7-10 minutes.
Dust with your powdered sugar
Drizzle your Nutella Hazelnut Spread over the dough balls
Add your berries throughout the plate
Serve with a side of Nutella Hazelnut Spread
