MUNDELEIN, Ill. — According to a report from SuburbanChicagonews.com, “Pizza lovers! Mark your calendars: Hefty 14-inch cheese-and-sausage pizzas for just $2 each.”
The article said Bill’s Pizza and Pub will have their 1957 priced pizzas available to mark its 50th anniversary on July 24.
“It’s our way to celebrate our half century in business,” said co-owner Mary Ann Rouse in the report.
“We ran out of dough when we celebrated our 30th anniversary,” she said in the article. “More than 1,000 pizzas went out the door for that occasion,” the report said.
