NEW PORT RITCHEY, Fla.­Enodis plc announces that Phillip Dei Dolori joins Scotsman as Group President, Ice and Beverage Systems effective September 10.

Dei Dolori served as a senior executive of Middleby Corporation for over 5 years until April 2007.  Since joining the foodservice industry in 1984, including 19 years with Blodgett and Pitco Frialator, he has gained extensive experience both in North America and internationally. 

Dei Dolori holds a BA in Spanish from Eastern Connecticut State University and a Master of International Management from The Thunderbird School of Global Management.  He served as a member of the Board of Directors for the North American Foodservice Equipment Manufacturers (NAFEM) and is also a member of the Board of Directors of Cooper-Atkins Corporation.
