The owners of Peel Wood Fired Pizza, a popular gourmet pizzeria in Edwardsville, Illinois, have opened a second location in downtown O'Fallon, Illinois.
BND.com reports the O’Fallon restaurant is more than double the size of Edwardsville, seating 230 people on two levels with 20-foot-high ceilings, exposed brick, large windows, stone accents and a wooden bar from the 1920s.
They opted to renovate a 112-year-old brick storefront in the old part of town and add a brew pub.
