According to the Seattle Times, “over two days this week, Papa John’s 42 restaurants in the Puget Sound region raised nearly $126,000 to benefit the families of the four fallen Lakewood police officers.”

“In a release from the Louisville, Ky.-based chain, a spokeswoman said profits from local store sales Tuesday and Wednesday were donated to the Lakewood Police Independent Guild’s benevolent fund, along with donations from patrons at Papa John’s restaurants.
