“The annual Brand Keys Customer Loyalty Engagement Index rates the best brands based in 71 categories based on customer feedback.The index rates brands on factors that consumers use to compare and buy products and services.In the recent rankings, Brand Keys rated Pizza Hut, a division of Louisville-based Yum Brands Inc. (NYSE:YUM), second in the pizza category behind Domino’s. Louisville-based Papa John’s (NASDAQ: PZZA) was No. 3 in the category, followed by Little Caesars, Godfather’s, Round Table and Chuck E. Cheese.”
