Papa Johns has partnered with Loadmill, a provider of AI-powered software testing solutions, to improve the pizza brand’s software testing capabilities, according to a press release.

The Loadmill partnership “is a pivotal step in Papa Johns’ journey to deliver a better experience for our customers,” said Joshua Sullivan, senior director of digital engineering at Papa Johns. “Loadmill’s AI-powered API testing will significantly accelerate our ability to delight customers with innovative features and products while maintaining the highest quality standards.”

Working with Loadmill, Papa Johns team will be able to better test its digital ordering platform, store technologies, dispatch applications and related systems. The goal is a “flawless customer experience” while driving innovation and “ultimately enabling faster delivery of new features,” the press release stated.
