According to Reuters, “Papa John’s International Inc said Chief Financial Officer David Flanery would retire after more than seven years in his current role and promoted Lance Tucker as its new finance chief.”

“Flanery, who joined Papa John’s in 1994 as corporate controller, will continue at the company through May, to ensure a smooth transition, the pizza chain said in a statement. Tucker, 42, has been the senior vice president, strategic planning and chief of staff at the pizza chain since last year. In April, Louisville, Kentucky-based Papa John’s had named Jude Thompson as the co-chief executive officer along with founder and chairman John Schnatter.”
