Further, Papa John’s has agreed to promote Fidelity Communications to its Franchisees at below market rates.

The new Agreement will save Papa John’s a significant savings in telecommunications hardware and service related expenses over the three year term. “We value our relationship with Fidelity Communications, they continue to offer us the best service available at the best prices. The agreement also permits all Franchise owners to receive the same savings called for under the Corporate agreement.
