According to a news report from JSOnline.com, “Milwaukee-based frozen pizza maker Palermo Villa Inc. has settled a trademark infringement lawsuit filed against the Trader Joe’s grocery chain.”

“A settlement reached between the two companies led Palermo Villa to seek a dismissal of its suit, which was filed in U.S. District Court in Milwaukee. Settlement terms were not disclosed in court filings, and attorneys and company executives couldn’t be reached for comment Tuesday,” said the story. “Palermo Villa’s suit, filed in March, claimed that Trader Joe’s Pizza Palermo frozen pizzas were trading unfairly on the Palermo’s Pizza frozen pizza brand.”
