“Baird analyst David E. Tarantino said the company is poised to gain from its diverse menu, which includes pizza, salad, pasta, and soup, among other items,” said the story. “Also, Tarantino said the decor at many restaurants is appealing and has a warm ambiance, with a full-service bar, open-flame oven, and outdoor patios at many locations. Tarantino said this prototype was introduced in 2004 to encourage customers to dine at the restaurant and boost sales of alcoholic beverages.”
