According to the Orlando Business Journal,  “Brick & Fire Pizza & Pasta Parlor opened a new restaurant on State Road 436 in Casselberry on July 10.”

“The new 112-seat, 3,120-square-foot standalone building — a former Las Margaritas restaurant — is Brick & Fire’s second restaurant. The restaurant hired about 20 new employees for the eatery, said spokeswoman Pollyann Brazina. The locally owned restaurant started out as a pizzeria and wine bar in Church Street Station in downtown Orlando, but closed that location in November 2008 because of the entertainment venue’s financial and legal woes. The restaurant re-opened in December as a pizza and pasta parlor in a standalone building on Orange Avenue just south of downtown,” the story said.
