The new range consists of modular baking chambers up to 3 independent levels, with internal dimensions multiple of 35 cm, completely made of stainless steel AISI 430 and lower heating element in refractory stone.
These features make Zenith the absolutely necessary equipment for big food production.
Each chamber is equipped with two internal lights and panoramic door with double glass and air cavity.
A memorization up to 30 personalized programs is possible tanks to the futuristic digital control panel which can regulate all the most important electronic function of the oven: power in percentage of the upper and lower heating elements, opening of smoke and steam outlet, adjusting of the fan speedy of the hood, self-cleaning program, saving program up to 50% of necessary energy.
On demand the chambers can be supplied even in electromechanical version.
The Zenith ovens, as all the other OEM products, have been submitted to the quality and safety tests of the most important International Certification Bodies.
