OEM, worldwide leader in ovens production and selling for restaurants and food concerns, has now a new General Manager: Paolo Finatti.

Engineer, 52 years old, the new General Manager comes from years of remarkable managerial experiences in several fields. In particular in the last eleven years he covered several important roles in the Coca-Cola HBC Italia (part of second indipendent world bottler, located in Greece) dealing with both commercial and managerial responsibilities, in the “vending” and technical divisions and in the buy-out of the Italian controlled company.

Previously Finatti cooperated with other important brands such as Barilla and Pam retail, dealing with marketing, logistics and buying.

His career, now rich of important stages, began in a multinational company: Zanussi Elettrodomestici, in which he was Logistic Distribution Manager.

Really important experiences that now Ing. Finatti is determined to take advantage of in order to reach new goals in  OEM. “My first target – declares the General Manager – is to confirm the company leadership by making the brand stronger as ‘premium brand’. This target will be achieved through a strong company philosophy focused on quality, reliability, technology and innovation. Another very important aspect will be the strong customer oriented inclination of the company which will be characterized by a complete support to the customer and his business.
