Pizza by Cer té will make use of every opportunity to be eco-friendly:
- The building will be LEED-certified
- Reutilizing heat from pizza ovens
- Utilizing rain water for non consumption uses
- Food will be delivered by foot or via hybrid truck
- All supplies will be purchased locally
- Pizza boxes, utensils and paper goods will be made from recyclable materials
