PMQ met Greg Grossman, just 13 years old at the time, at the New York Pizza Showcase in March of 2009. He's been a chef since he was 10 and says he even worked in a pizzeria before venturing into the realm of Molecular Gastronomy and starting the Culinaria Group, which will help chefs worldwide get connected with new techniques and recipes. Expect to see more of Greg in the future.
