New York, February 5 – Patroon, Ken Aretsky’s upscale restaurant on Manhattan’s East Side will offer a special Valentine’s Day menu to appeal to the most romantic of New Yorkers. 
 
Created by executive chef, Bill Peet and supervised by Mr. Aretsky personally, the special menu starts off with mouth watering appetizers like Truffle Glazed Fisher Island Oysters, Passion Fruit Grilled Quail Salad, Lobster and Crayfish Sautee and Foie Gras Roulade.
 
Delectable entrées include house favorites such as Caramelized Rack of Lamb for Two, Pan Seared Veal Medallions and Grilled Filet Mignon.
 
The intimate meal concludes with the sweet experience of desserts such as Chocolate Fondue for Two with a variety of fruit and other sweets for dipping in warm chocolate.  Other offerings include Strawberry Bavarian Tart and Stuffed Poached Forelle Pears.
 
Celebrating its 10th Anniversary, Patroon is gearing up for many more years of providing a classic New York dining experience and a place for luxurious private affairs, all under the watchful eye of Ken Aretsky, one of the icons of the New York City restaurant scene for over three decades.
