“The Naked Pizza store in St. Matthews will be the new chain’s third store in the country. “Our idea is to take one of the most popular unhealthy foods and make it healthy,” says Louisville franchise co-owner Larry Lawyer. He moved back in Louisville about a year ago after a career in Las Vegas as a chef. He, his wife, and his brother are in the process of opening the franchise store which will be carry out and delivery pizza store. The first Naked Pizza store opened in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina when investors  came to that town and wanted to help build new businesses following the devastation from the hurricane. ”
