(West Hartford, CT) Harry’s Bishop’s Corner a local favorite and known for its premium Pizza Napoltena, is under new ownership. Chef/owner Kevin Plaut, a long time employee and his wife Anne have purchased Harry’s Bishop’s Corner. Although much of the menu remains the same, you can find innovative additions such as wheat crust, new premium beers, quality wines with excellent value by the glass/bottle, seasonal pizzas and Caesar salad. Harry’s is also bottling their own dressings including their traditional Sundried Tomato, Balsamic Vinaigrette and Caesar dressing.

Owner Kevin Plaut said “our recipe for thin crust pizza is what separates us from the rest. Our dough is a perfect foundation to our pizza. The chunky sauce is lightly seasoned and the right amount mozzarella and garnishing cheeses make our pizza truly one of a kind. Our most popular pizza is still a simple cheese pizza but it also makes a perfect canvas for any combination pizza.” Harry’s Bishop Corner bakes its pizzas on granite stones, which is the secret to a perfectly baked pie. The stone holds and distributes the heat evenly allowing for a crispy crust on the outside and chewy texture on the inside.

Harry’s is also introducing a catering segment to their business. They will focus on local corporate businesses for lunch and dinner occasions. The take out and catering menu can be found on their web site www.harrysbc.com. For more menu information call 860.236.0400.
