National Turkey Federation Announces 2006 Top Recipes

Washington D.C. – January 2007 – The National Turkey Federation (NTF) announced the top five most-viewed foodservice recipes from its popular recipe database at Foodservice professionals recognize the web site as a primary resource for successful turkey menu ideas, with more than 800 foodservice-specific recipes available. Nearly 340,000 foodservice recipes were viewed at the site this year, a 30 percent increase from 2005.

There were two exciting newcomers to the 2006 most-viewed recipe results: Blanc Turkey Chili and Turkey Vegetable Lasagna. The remaining three recipes are notably popular, having consistently topped the charts for the past few years. The five most-viewed foodservice recipes on for 2006 are:

– Bourbon Smoked Turkey Wrap
