National Pizza Month reaches its climax on October 21st with Cheese for Charity Day, a fundraiser to help support Children’s Miracle Network

    On October 21st, more than 350 Pizza Pizza restaurants, including 191 in
the Greater Toronto Area alone, will be participating in the company's largest
fundraiser - Cheese for Charity - in support of Children's Miracle Network.
The fundraiser is part of National Pizza Month, an observance introduced in
Canada by Pizza Pizza in 2005 to celebrate the role and status of pizza in
society. Throughout the day, Pizza Pizza customers will benefit from reduced
prices on cheese slices and medium cheese or pepperoni pizzas with a portion
of proceeds going to local children's hospitals throughout Ontario and Quebec.

University, the country's eminent centre for pizza training.

competitions and global acclaim.
